The LRSconnect™ Overflow Call Center can assist with your temporary staffing needs. Are you short a referral counselor due to an employee leaving? Or going out on maternity leave? Don’t risk losing possible fee-generating cases because you’re short staffed. We can provide you with remote referral counselors to answer your calls for as long (or as short) as you need.
How it works:
Using VoIP phone technology, your phone system is set up to send phone calls meeting certain criteria to our call center. Identifying information on the incoming phone call allows our referral counselors to see that the call is from your LRS program and the call is answered just as it would be by your in-house referral counselors. Our trained referral counselors will make referrals to your panel attorneys using your public facing referral software. If a referral isn’t warranted, the referral counselor will provide the caller with the appropriate resource selected from a list of agencies and organizations you provide to us.
What it costs:
Pricing is on a price-per-call basis. Programs can be tailored to your specific needs and budget.
