While your referral counselors are on the phone with other callers, we pick up the rest.
How it works:
- Our phone experts help set up your phone system to send phone calls meeting certain criteria to our call center (for example, on the fourth ring).
- A number assigned to your LRS tells our referral counselors that the call is from your LRS and we answer the call as you would.

We make referrals to your panel attorneys using the public-facing referral form on your LRS website. No access to your database is needed.
- When a referral isn’t warranted, we provide the caller with the appropriate resource selected from a list of agencies and organizations you provide.
