The LRSconnect™ Overflow Call Center, slated to launch early in 2017, is intended to help LRS programs capture phone calls that would normally go unanswered due to limited LRS staff resources. Our trained counselors will take your calls to the extent you select and send the intakes to your staff for referral.
How it works:
Using VoIP phone technology, your phone system is set up to send phone calls meeting certain criteria our call center. The phone number of origin will help us determine to which LRS the phone call belongs.
Using your script, our U.S.-based counselors field calls to provide appropriate information or to create an intake. If technically possible, LRSconnect staff can enter intake information directly into your program’s LRS database if desired.
Then all you do is refer the case to one or more of your panel attorneys or follow up with the caller when you can as needed.
What it costs:
Pricing is yet to be determined and will be on a price-per-call basis. LRS programs may choose a maximum number of calls per week and are charged monthly for the previous cycle’s calls.
